1. SLEEP EARLY
While the saying 'Early To Bed and Early To Rise' is so true, sticking to with it is quite difficult. But you can improve yourself and do it. Have less dinner and go to bed early. Cultivate that habit slowly and you can be to bed early in no time and get up early in the morning.
2. KEEP SOME FOR TOMORROW
Don't complete all your work in one day itself. Leave some work for tomorrow. When you do that, you are informing your subconscious mind that you have some work left. This can help you a great deal in waking up early.
3. RESPECT THE ALARM CLOCK
Everybody hates alarm clock and its the truth. We don't want our sleep ruined by it and we off it up as soon as it rings. But trust me, it's the only thing that loved you so sincerely, and the thing that can wake us early. Respect that fact and try getting up early with turning it off. It's better to keep the alarm clock at some distance from your bed, so that you have to walk a little to turn it off and this activity can get off your sleep.
4. CHANGE YOUR MINDSET
Everything depends on your mindset and it plays a very important role in almost everything. Convince you mind on the importance of waking early and motivate yourself to wake early. This can only be done by you and nobody else. Remember, with the right mindset we can always achieve the impossible.
5. SET A TIME CHALLENGE
One way to slowly cultivate the habit of waking up early is by setting a time challenge. For e.g , pick a time that you are comfortable waking up ( say 6:00 am ). Stick with this time no matter what and try getting up as the alarm goes on at 6:00 am. This can improve you slowly and help you in rising up from the bed early.
