There are certain people in our life who might have brought to us some miserable moments, knowingly or unknowingly. Precisely, those moments where we hate them so much. I know how it feels and it’s not a good place to be. Sleepless nights, confused thoughts, betrayal from the people who we trusted so much with our heart and soul and the list goes on.

The moments where we were completely shattered, the moments where we cried in our hearts, the moments that we never want to forget. Yes, we are humans and it’s not right to say that we don’t have any sort of emotions.

We need never forgive, but there are certain things that we should forget forever.

But we can’t let these emotions override us and destroy us. We have to overcome such unfortunate perils in our lives and move on, then only we can get ahead and start living our life. For that we need to develop ‘The Good Amnesia’.

This is just a simple concept that we can apply in our daily life and it is really effective. We can never forgive the people who bought us trouble or never blame the fate for putting us in that terrible situation. But we can surely forget all these misfortunes forever and more forward and welcome a new positive future in our life. This is the concept of ‘The Good Amnesia’.

So from today forth, start applying this concept into your lives and welcome a new, bright, colourful future that you always wanted to be part of.
