I love mornings. It’s my favourite part of the day and there isn’t quite any other time that I enjoy the most. There are a lot of things that makes my mornings so special. But one of the most important reason why I love mornings is because of my breakfast. Yes, that’s true. I just love having breakfast and there isn’t quite anything so wonderful than that (at least that’s what I believe lol).
It’s such a beautiful time and I love everything about it. Each morning when I have my breakfast I feel so honoured and privileged to be part of a wonderful day and thank god for giving me such a wonderful time. It instills in me so much positive energy and I make most of the important decisions in the mornings.
Having a wonderful breakfast helps me in staying more creative and more focused for the rest of the day. There is something very special about them. It’s a very good feeling and I can’t express the amplitude of content and happiness through words, believe me.
There is one more important thing – never skip your breakfast. Please don’t. Studies have shown that skipping your breakfast is very harmful to your body and it also affects the health of your brain. If you are a person who don’t like having breakfast, please eat something, at least a little – to give yourselves a tiny boost till you have your next meal.
So start your day with having a healthy breakfast each morning. It sets up your metabolism and you are more likely to make healthy choices throughout the day.
