6 WAYS TO SLEEP FASTER

1. HAVE A LIGHT DINNER

It’s said that when you have your dinner early, the chances of you falling asleep are higher. The consumption of your dinner must be as minimal as it can be. Try drinking warm milk to stick to having some salad. They will really help you get good sleep.

2. TRY YOUR SLEEPING STYLE

Different people have different sleeping positions. So it is advised to follow a position that you are very comfortable with. This will help you to be relaxed and the chances of you falling asleep are higher.

3. THINK ALWAYS

While in bed, think about something that you are really happy to think about. It must be something that will ease your stress and give you a joyful feeling. In the process you tend to remain more calm and peaceful and you tend to fall asleep faster.

4. TAKE A WARM SHOWER

Before you go to sleep it’s better to have a warm shower. In doing so you tend to get more relaxed and stress free. It’s makes your mind peaceful and thus help you get a sound sleep.

5. DARK OUT YOUR BEDROOM

When you go for a sleep, make sure that the lights in your bedroom are not lit. This will cause a great disturbance while you sleep. Either use a very dim light or dark the room by switching off all the lights. This will help you to relax and get a better sleep.

6. LISTEN TO GOOD MUSIC

Listening to good music has been proved one of the effective ways for a sound sleep. Turn in the music when you start to sleep and enjoy the moment. Listen to those music that you really love listening to. Normally, soothing soft music is preferred compared to louder music. This will help you get a better stimulation and thus you can fall asleep without any effort.

  1. Taking a warm shower has always helped me. Frees my mind up, settles me down, and I can slip into unconsciousness.

    Or I can work all day long, come home exhausted, and fall asleep that way lol.

  4. Whenever i start thinking about something, it goes so long that at 4 AM my alarm wakes me up😅 thinking turns to overthinking😑
