1. FOLLOW A ROUTINE
Setting up a time table and following a punctual schedule will help you stay motivated and inspired. Focus on ‘One Punch At a Time’, meaning that you need to focus on the only thing that you are going to do today and avoid being bothered about the activities of tomorrow.
2. GET ENOUGH SLEEP
Having a good amount of sleep is very important for health and is a crucial factor regarding the science of laziness. Lack of proper hours of good sleep can make a person lazy and drowsy and decrease his productivity to do things actively. So always get at least 8 hours of sleep and make sure you do it punctually.
3. INVOLVE TO EVOLVE
Being involved in numerous things a is great way to overcome laziness. Initiate yourself and go out. Involve in various activities that you find so interesting and participate in them whole-heartedly. This can be playing outdoor games or hanging out with you friends or attending some community services. Whatever it is, keep yourself busy and occupied.
4. AVOID PROCRASTINATION
This is also very important and almost 80% of the people fall under this pit. Don’t delay things and promise to do it later. Just do it today itself and get it done by that day. Procrastinating only delays your work and the probability of you becoming lazier will only increase.
