Meditation is one the most important ways by which you can increase your power of concentration. Try meditation in the early mornings after you wake up. Research shows that meditations in the morning are the most effective ones.

4. PRACTICE ‘MEMORISING’
This is a simple exercise that you can practice. Try remembering something in a sequential order. This can be the activities that you did the entire day or some fond memories that you feel so special about. The main idea is to remember every minute detail in same order that it happened in that particular day. Slowly increase this by adding other memories from your favourite days and remember to memorise them in the order as they happened. This will really help you to increase your memory power and it definitely increase your concentration as well.
5. PLAY GAMES
Playing games like chess and sudoku will improve your concentration and help your mind to be focussed. There are some even some games in the app store and play store that focus on increasing your power of concentration. It is advisable to play those games as they will really help out you a lot.
