I can’t remember of a pathetic situation that is so powerful as that of being in a state of negativity. Trust me, it’s the most uncomfortable place to be in. You loose your hope, you don’t believe in yourself, your become frustrated, angry and stop to notice anything good that’s coming in you r way. It’s like that but it’s a fact. I have faced it a lot of times in my life and it isn’t a thing that I am not that proud to share with you. But everybody goes through this phase once in a while in their life and I believe that it’s one the things that make us stronger as we journey through our life.
So here I am sharing some tips that you can try to adapt to loosen the impact of negativity in your life
1. BE PREPARED
Yes, that’s true. Be prepared beforehand. Your life isn’t going to be full of happiness. Sometimes, you will be knocked down by the strange realities of life. So, first accept that your life is not going to be perfect always and welcome the struggles that’s going to come in your life.
2. LIVE THAT HORRIBLE PHASE
The next thing to avoid negativity is to live through negativity. That means, when you are in a negative phase, try to live it and understand how it’s impacting you. It’s kind of like making a short analysis. Doing this can help you evaluate yourself and thus can aid you adopt a strategy that can reduce negativity.
3. DISTRACT YOURSELF
Once you have learnt to adopt a strategy to reduce negativity, the next thing is to amplify it with some of your favourite activities. This may be listening to music, talking with your friend or doing something that you are always passionate about. Engaging in various activities can help you a lot to distract yourselves from negativity.
4. AVOID BEING ALONE
Try not be alone while you are feeling negative. This is because when you do, you get a chance to take a lot on yourself and this will terribly cause you to think negative things about yourself. This won’t help you at any cost, trust me. Most people say that when something happens to you the best way to deal with it is by being alone. But it’s absolutely the other way actually.
5. PRACTICE POSITIVE THINKING
Learn to develop positive thinking as much as you can. Allow positive energy to be drawn into you. Think in a positive way, work out things boldly and try to remain happy, always. Remember that nothing is going to last in your life permanently, especially the bad times. It’s just a small backset at the moment and it will surely won’t last long. So be happy, enjoy your life and live it to the fullest.
