We do a lot of work daily and accomplish many things. Hours and hours on mobile phones, tablets and laptops cause us to be mentally stressed and by the time we are home after our work, we get tired for the rest of the evening. Our energy will be drained and there is a feeling of complete weakness. This is natural and it happens in a work centric world.

1. GET 7 HOURS OF SLEEP DAILY
A healthy brain needs at least this much time and it is your duty to follow this schedule. Proper hours of sleep not only causes relief but also empowers our mind and makes our mental health strong and fresh.
2. PRACTICE MEDITATION
Meditation is a great way to increase the strength of your mind and give you peace. Studies shows that a person who meditates daily tend to have an advantage of 20% over those who don’t. So practice meditation daily and follow it regularly .
3. VISIT CALM PLACES
Sometimes all you need for refreshing your mind is visiting a calm place and being their for some time. This place can be a beach, an ashram or just anywhere that provides you some peace of mind. Visiting such places increases the sharpness of your mind and it will also give you an internal strength. It will allow you to be more healthy.
4. EAT HEALTHY FOOD
The consumption of healthy food is also associated with the health of your brain. Eating healthy foods will increase your brain’s performance productivity and it will boost your sharpness.
Olive oil, coconut oil, wild salmon, blueberries, turmeric, eggs, walnuts and leafy vegetables like kale and broccoli are excellent choices for your meal. These will boost your brains performance and will increase the sharpness of your mind.
