Stop worrying because there is no point in worrying about what happened in the past or what is going to happen in the future. There is no point in simple sitting and thinking about the misfortunes. It is just a waste of time, trust me. Worrying doesn’t take away tomorrow’s troubles but it only takes away today’s peace.

It’s only going to make things worse. It will only make you feel guilty, more stressful and more perplexed. It is not going to improve your present situation but it will only make things the worse. So stop worrying.

Sometimes things don’t happen according to the way you planned it to happen. Know that is happened for a reason and that it’s not your fault. Then why worry about something that isn’t your fault ?

Life isn’t fair with us, it never has been. The only thing that made you seem that life was fair was because of the attitude that you had within you, always. You didn’t worry about anything when you were confident and so nothing ever came to you and obstructed your path.

So just remain calm and stop worrying because it isn’t the solution. You must be confident and bold and stop cursing yourself for the misfortunes and start to live your life according to the way that you wanted to live the most.

  2. Love it! I have allowed worries to consume my life sometimes and I can safely say like you are here…nothing good ever comes out of worrying. Personally, when worries start to take over my life I give them to God. I have learned that he truly will take care of you πŸ™‚

  3. Just what I needed to read today. Did really bad in a recruitment test today just because I went into a panic mode in the middle of the test and started worrying that I won’t have enough time to finish the test :/
